Terms of Use

These terms apply to Golazo Manager, a football manager game for iPhone and Android made by Softick. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them.

Using the Game

Softick gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to play Golazo Manager on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. If you downloaded the game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement applies.

The Free Season and the Full Game

The first season of every career is free. Playing the seasons after it requires the full game: a one-time in-app purchase sold through the App Store or Google Play at the price shown in the store. The purchase belongs to your store account, and you can restore it on another device with Restore purchase in the game. There are no subscriptions, ads or in-game currencies.

Refunds

Payments and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. Softick cannot refund store purchases directly.

Game Content

The clubs, players, leagues and competitions in Golazo Manager use the game's own names, badges and data, and every result in the game is simulated. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, league, federation or player.

Your Saves

Your careers are saved on your device. Deleting the app or resetting the device deletes them, and Softick cannot recover them.

Acceptable Use

Do not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the game, except where the law allows it.

No Warranty

The game is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Softick is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the game.

Changes

We may update the game and these terms. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
